The apartment can be rented just for a few days or longer, for up to four months.
A 30% deposit will be asked at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival, together with a security deposit, the amount of which will depend upon the length of stay. This deposit will be refunded at check-out time. The price includes: guest pick-up from the nearest waterbus stop, the tourist tax, linens, utilities and final cleaning.
