The main apartment - on the piano nobile ( the second, or "grand floor") - is elegantly furnished. Each room is graced by  marble and parquet floors and by Murano's precious glass chandeliers. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall and parlor; a spacious living room with a lovely view of the Canal della Giudecca; a formal dining room; one master bedroom suite (a large bedroom and adjoining bathroom, with  bathtub and shower); one two-bedroom suite (two bedrooms - one double and one single - and a bathroom with shower); a single room and bathroom (maid's quarter or extra guest room); a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area.
The apartment accommodates 6 to 7 people. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, HI FI equipment, washing machine and dishwasher. *

One of Venice's  historical homes, "Ca' del Glicine" is a small waterfront palace in the heart of town, on the "Fondamenta delle Zattere" - a charming and elegant walk, with a very convenient boat stop.
The luminous apartment on the second floor is graced by a lovely triple-arched window: the perfect frame for the enchanting view of the Canal della Giudecca, one of Venice's most beautiful waterways. In the back of the house, surrounded by the private garden, the spacious terrace overlooks  the picturesque "Squero of San Trovaso" - the oldest of Venice's three surviving squeri (boatyards) where new gondolas are hand-crafted and old ones repaired - and the bell-tower of San Trovaso, one of the city's most beautiful churches, rich in history and artistic treasures.
